Does Trainiq have AI, and what does it actually do?+
Yes. Quinn is the assistant in your own Trainiq environment. It schedules sessions, moves participants and answers questions from your own data. It creates nothing until you confirm the proposal on your screen. The language model runs in the EU and never sees participant data. See what Quinn can do.
What does Trainiq cost per month? +
Trainiq has four plans: €199/month for Starter (up to ~500 participants/year), €599/month for Professional (up to ~2,000), €999/month for Business (up to ~3,500) and Enterprise on request (3,500+ participants). Every plan includes all features; your plan depends on your number of participants per year. All prices are excl. VAT and you can cancel monthly.
Are there extra costs per participant, per booking or for support? +
No. You pay one fixed monthly amount, whether you have 10 or 10,000 participants a month. No transaction fees from Trainiq on bookings, no separate charges for certificates, emails, reminders, portals or API calls. Mollie or Stripe charge their own transaction fees (those go directly between you and them), but Trainiq earns nothing on those. Your subscription is what you pay, full stop.
Can I try Trainiq for free first? +
Yes, for a limited time the first month is free. No payment details up front, no obligations. Decide after your first month whether you carry on. If not, it simply stops.
Which accounting packages and payment providers work with Trainiq? +
Bookkeeping: Moneybird, Exact Online, Informer or Trainiq's own invoicing. Payments: Mollie or Stripe, through your own account. Use a different package or a different payment provider? Then we set up the connection for you, usually within two weeks. How Trainiq Connect works.
How do I connect my accounting package and payment provider?+
Bookkeeping: you give us access to your package when we start, or you click Connect in your settings and log in. We set up the ledger accounts and VAT codes. Payments: you paste the key from your own Mollie or Stripe account into your settings. After that, Connect in your settings shows whether everything is linked, with a test button. More about this on the Trainiq Connect page.
How long does onboarding take and what is the notice period? +
On average you are live within 2 weeks. We handle the setup; all you need to do is hand over your course catalogue (often already in a spreadsheet) and connect your payment provider and accounting system. The notice period is one month, so you are never tied to an annual contract. When you cancel, you get a full export of your data.
Can I keep using my existing WordPress site? +
Yes. Trainiq has an official WordPress plugin (Gutenberg block) that embeds the booking system on any page. For sites that don't run WordPress there is an embed script that works on any CMS. The widget runs natively in your own house style, no iframes.
