Does Trainiq handle BIG re-registration? +

No. BIG re-registration depends on work experience and training together, and runs through the BIG register itself. Trainiq records the training part that you deliver: which procedure, when, with a certificate. When a refresher expires, the participant is notified automatically. That way you deliver your part with proof, without taking over the re-registration itself.

Can a participant hold several nursing procedures at the same time? +

Yes. Every procedure is its own course with its own expiry date. On a participant's record they sit side by side, each with its own date and reminder, so none of them slips through.

Is the refresher training verifiable for an audit or the inspectorate? +

Yes. Per participant and per procedure it is recorded when the refresher was attended, by which instructor, with certificate number and QR verification. An overview for the care organisation or an inspection takes a few clicks.

Can care organisations plan refresher training for their own team? +

Yes. An organisation gets a partner portal with its own employees and certificates, and submits requests for in-company refresher training there. When a certificate expires, one bundled e-mail listing all employees goes to the organisation.
