Registering shouldn't take an e-mail and a call-back.

The average training provider loses 20-30% of potential bookings in the hand-over: the participant sends an e-mail, you reply with a payment request, the participant pays two days later, and only then do you confirm the seat. In the meantime, that participant is already looking at a competitor.

With Trainiq's booking system the participant makes the choice, pays right away and has a QR code and confirmation e-mail in their inbox within 30 seconds. You see the booking appear in the admin with a green "paid" tick. Nothing to type in or check off.

How the course booking flow works and what the participant sees.

Does the booking system work on my existing WordPress site? +

Yes. Trainiq comes with a WordPress plugin and an embed widget that works on any website, WordPress or not. The plugin keeps your course catalogue in sync with the Trainiq planning, so new courses you create in Trainiq appear on your website right away and available dates are shown in real time. No more double administration.

Which payment methods does Trainiq support? +

Mollie and Stripe, both with your own account, so payments go straight to your IBAN without an intermediary. Available methods: cards, bank transfers and local payment methods. For B2B clients you can set up invoicing on account with a payment term of your choice. Trainiq charges no transaction fees on bookings, only Mollie's or Stripe's own rates apply.

Does the participant get a confirmation right after paying? +

Yes. After a successful payment the participant receives an automated confirmation e-mail within seconds, with the course details, the invoice as PDF and a unique QR code for attendance registration on the course day. They also get an automatic reminder e-mail one day before the course, with the same QR code.

What if a participant wants to cancel after paying? +

The participant can cancel through their participant portal or a link in the confirmation e-mail. The refund percentage is worked out automatically from your own cancellation rules (for example: 28+ days ahead 100%, 14-27 days 80%, 7-13 days 40%, 0-6 days 0%). The refund is processed automatically through the original payment provider, with no manual action.
