New: courses that
run over several days

Not every course fits into one day. A VCA programme (the Dutch SCC safety certificate) with theory and practice, a BHV course (Dutch in-house emergency response) spread over the week, a confined-spaces course with a day in the classroom and two days on site. Plenty of training simply carries on into day two and three.

One course, several days

Until now, that was a bit of a workaround in the planning. You cut it into separate sessions, or you tracked each day's attendance somewhere else. From now on you set it up in one go.

You plan a session and add a date and time for each day. Every day can have its own times: day 1 from 9 to 5, day 2 the morning only, day 3 a full day again. You also pick the instructor and the room per day, because those aren't always the same.

For the participant, little changes, and that's exactly the point. They register once, pay once and get one certificate for the whole block at the end. Not three separate bookings, not three invoices.

Attendance per day

Because the course lasts several days, you record attendance per day too. On each course day you scan the participant's QR code, just like a normal session. If someone misses a day, you see it straight away: the certificate only follows once the participant has attended every day. So there's never a certificate standing against half a course.

The participant also gets a reminder before each course day, with that day's date and time. So not one e-mail for the whole block, but a nudge at the right moment.

Tidy on your website too

Does registration run through your booking widget? Then a visitor sees straight away that it's a multi-day course. The card shows the whole period and a label with the number of days, and anyone who clicks through sees the times per day. Registering is still a single action.
