Quinn learns how you plan

Say once how you do things and Quinn takes it into account from then on. Questions about your own offering are answered from your own data, not from memory.

Trainiq has a connection for outside AI assistants, following the open MCP standard. You create a key for an assistant in your settings, and from that moment it can look into your environment: this week's planning, who is free, which invoices are open, whether a booking has been paid.

Looking, not doing. Such an assistant never sees participants' contact details and cannot change anything. If it wants to propose a schedule, that proposal lands in Quinn and you confirm it there. Every question is in your audit log, with the assistant's name next to it. You can revoke the key at any time, with one click.

What training providers ask about Quinn

Can Quinn accidentally create something in my planning?+
No. Every proposal first appears as a card with the dates, the instructor and the room. Only when you click Yes, schedule it does anything happen. Click Never mind and the proposal disappears.
Where does Quinn get its answers from?+
From your own Trainiq environment: your courses, venues, instructors and planning. If Quinn doesn't know something, it says so instead of guessing.
What happens to my participants' data?+
Quinn doesn't put participants' phone numbers, addresses or email addresses in the chat. It points you to the screen where they are. Which language model we use and how that is covered is listed with our sub-processors.
Can I connect my own AI assistant to Trainiq?+
Yes. Through the open MCP standard you connect an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT, or a partner's assistant, to your environment. You create a key for it in your settings. The assistant can only look, sees no participant contact details, and any schedule it proposes is confirmed by you in Quinn. Revoke the key and access is gone immediately.
