Good course administration software covers the whole flow, from the first registration to the certificate that expires months later. Trainiq was built for training providers in the Netherlands and knows the specific rules: VAT arrangements per course type, Code 95 hours (the EU professional driver requirement), refresher cycles for BHV (Dutch in-house emergency response training), in-company training and invoicing client companies with volume discounts.
Most training providers currently combine a schedule in Excel, a calendar for instructors, Mollie for payments, Informer for invoices, Word for certificates and WhatsApp to keep employees informed. It works, but it soon costs 8 to 12 hours a week in overhead. Trainiq brings that down to under 2 hours.

Time spent is based on self-reported estimates from Dutch training providers with 50 to 200 participants a month. Your own figures will vary with the number of client companies and the complexity of your course catalogue.
Trainiq works for every type of training provider
The foundation is the same, the course, certification and invoicing rules differ per sector. Trainiq knows them all.
Three different expiry dates per participant (Basic 1 year, refresher yearly, team leader its own cycle). Trainiq tracks each cycle separately and e-mails automatically at the threshold you set. Employers get one bundled digest of every employee whose BHV certificate is about to expire.
BHV administration software →Plan VCA Basic, VOL (the supervisor level) and exams separately or combined (VCA is the Dutch SCC safety certificate). Employers register their employees through the partner portal, with a volume discount for larger groups. Trainiq generates certificates to the requirements of SSVV, the Dutch VCA certification body, and sends 90/60/30-day reminders for the 10-year expiry.
VCA planning software →You set the number of Code 95 hours per course. Every time attendance is registered, Trainiq adds those hours to the driver's balance. Transport companies see in their partner portal how many hours each employee still needs, with a direct booking link for the missing modules.

One-click OAuth connection. Invoices appear in your bookkeeping automatically with the right VAT per course type, debtor details and ledger account.
Blended courses: the participant completes an online module and then attends the classroom day. The certificate is only issued once both parts are done.
Official WordPress plugin with a Gutenberg block. For other CMSs an embed script that works on any page. The booking flow runs natively, no iframe.
