Training for your own people,
from planning to certificate.

Trainiq plans your internal trainings, enrols employees, records who attended and keeps track per employee of which certificates are valid. Managers see their own department.

From planning to evidence

Planning with trainers and rooms

Plan trainings on days when the trainer and the room are free, once or as a fixed schedule. Quinn, the assistant in Trainiq, can draft the proposal. You confirm it.

Enrolling employees

Enrol employees from the admin, or let a manager enrol their own people. Everyone gets an invitation with the date, the location and a QR code.

Attendance with a QR scan

The trainer scans each participant's QR code with a phone. Attendance goes straight into the employee's record.

Certificate afterwards

When the trainer closes the training, everyone who attended gets a PDF certificate with a QR code you can use to check it.

A reminder before it expires

Per training you set how long the certificate stays valid. Trainiq sends a reminder 30, 7 and 2 days ahead, so you plan the refresher in time.

Overview per department

Set up departments or sites with their employees. A manager sees in their own portal who completed what and what is about to expire.

A portal for trainers

Trainers see their own schedule and participant lists, scan attendance and close the training. Internal and external trainers work the same way.

Log

Every enrolment, attendance and certificate is in the log with a date and a name. You can also see who recorded or changed something.

Show who is qualified, per employee or per department

Standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 ask you to show that employees are competent for their work, and to keep a record of it. In Trainiq that is ready: which training, when, with which trainer and until when the certificate is valid. When the auditor asks, you open the overview for that department.

Your LMS handles the content. Trainiq handles the rest.

An LMS is built for e-learning. Classroom trainings, trainers, rooms, attendance lists and expiry dates usually fall outside it. That is what Trainiq is for, and the two work side by side.

In your LMS
  • E-learning and course material
  • Tests
  • Progress per module
In Trainiq
  • Planning classroom trainings, trainers and rooms
  • Attendance, certificates and expiry dates
  • Overview per employee and per department

Connect your LMS and stop doing things twice

With Trainiq Connect, Trainiq and your LMS talk to each other. This is how it goes for a training with an e-learning part:

  1. Step 1 · Trainiq

You enrol an employee in the training.

  2. Step 2 · LMS

The account in your LMS is ready and the employee is in the right course. They can start the same day.

  3. Step 3 · LMS → Trainiq

Progress and completion come back into Trainiq. Before the classroom day, the trainer sees who finished the e-learning.

  4. Step 4 · Trainiq

The certificate only follows when everything is done: the e-learning and the classroom day.

The connection with aNewSpring is ready-made. If you use a different LMS, we set up the connection for you, usually within two weeks. More about Trainiq Connect →

What in-house academies ask us

What is the difference between an LMS and a TMS? +
An LMS (learning management system) is for the learning content: e-learning, tests and progress. A TMS (training management system) handles the organisation around it: who takes which training, when and where, who attended and when a certificate expires. Trainiq is a TMS.
Does Trainiq help with ISO certification? +
The certificate itself comes from your certification body. Trainiq gives you the evidence standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 ask for: per employee which training was completed, when, with which trainer, and whether the certificate is still valid. You can show it per employee or per department.
Does Trainiq work with our LMS? +
There is a ready-made connection with aNewSpring: progress and completion arrive in Trainiq by themselves. If you use a different LMS, we set up the connection through Trainiq Connect, usually within two weeks.
Do employees have to log in themselves? +
No. You can do everything from the admin. If you want employees to see their own trainings and certificates, they log in with a link sent by e-mail, without a password.
