Every employer has its own login with all their employees + VCA statuses. They submit in-company requests themselves.
Set a discount percentage per company. Regular staff get the discount, externals (freelancers via a partner) pay the full price.
10 employees in one request → one invoice to the employer. Externals get their own invoice (full price) at their own e-mail address.
VCA expires after 10 years. Trainiq tracks expiry dates per employee and automatically reminds both the participant and the employer.
